The developers of World of Warcraft love to conduct all sorts of surveys among their players to determine their preferences, and then use the data obtained in further work on new content. Today, a number of players received an invitation to participate in a new survey, in which, among other things, the game’s authors ask them what content they would like to see (or not) in a hypothetical new version of WoW Classic.:cut:
The developers noted that they are studying various ideas and concepts and not all of the points mentioned in the survey may be in development, and the survey itself is primarily intended to collect feedback and study player expectations from the new version of WoW Classic.
Despite the fact that the organizers asked participants not to tell other people about the content of this survey, a player nicknamed Chrslp published screenshots of its most interesting part. In it, the game’s authors are interested in content that could be included in the new version of WoW Classic. First, a text description of the new features is given, and then the user is asked to indicate whether he would like to see something similar in the game or not.
