The developers of Pioner have announced the release of a multiplayer demo of the game, which will be available from June 9 to 16 as part of the Steam Next Fest festival. This is a long-awaited event for fans of the project, who have been following its development for several years.
A new gameplay video demonstrated the exploration of a mushroom valley and the game’s combat system. Players will be able to try out a crossbow, which has proven effective both at long distances and in close combat – with the butt, you can successfully repel attacks from the living dead or maddened mutants.
In parallel with this, the developers have opened the opportunity to leave an application to participate in the closed beta. Testing will be carried out in small groups, which will allow the team to more effectively collect feedback from players.
