The indie studio “Manzanita Interactive” announced a fantastic survival horror action game Dandelion Void.
The plot of Dandelion Void imagines an alien world consisting of a derelict spaceship from 20th century Earth which is now overgrown with an alien tropical forest. Unlike typical games about space ruins, here the jungle is teeming with life, but it is extremely hostile to people. The bold adventurer can expect both promising resources within the bulkheads to cut and gather around, but also face the ever-looming risk of being blasted into space.
The game is also reminiscent of Project Zomboid due to the style and gameplay, which may stem from the developers’ past origins in the modding community The Indie Stone. Ominous hurled screams and creaking metal sounds accompanies the dark motif of the game paired with jungle creatures infesting the fortune which makes the Dandelion Void sinister beauty. And like any other survival game, Dandelion Void features the unique discovery and upgrading mechanic of spacesuit interfacing to block out radiation and vacuum.
